Most websites for providers of services will display lists or the logos of their accreditations and memberships to industry bodies. All the accreditations you see will have some meaning and carry importance relevant to the respective industry. At All Seasons Industrial Roofing we’re proud of our accreditations, the work that has gone in to achieving them and what they stand for.

Below is a list of our accreditations with information about each one.

Confederation of Roofing Contractors
Established in 1985, the Confederation of Roofing Contractors (CORC) is the premier roofing trades association in the UK. Our members are considered to be the best roofing contractors in the business. If you require a roof repair or even a completely new roof, our recommended roofers and roofing companies are there for you.

My Builder
It’s difficult finding a tradesman you can trust. MyBuilder’s clever match-making process means you can choose the right person for your project with confidence.
MyBuilder and turn down over a third of tradesmen who apply to join. They evaluate each one to assess whether they meet their high standards, because, as they say, our reputation is only as good as our tradesmen.

The National Federation of Roofing Contractors
The National Federation of Roofing Contractors Limited (NFRC) is the UK’s largest roofing trade association, representing over 70% of the roofing industry by value. With a history spanning almost 120 years, NFRC has established itself as the voice of the roofing industry, constantly adapting to change and innovation to ensure its members are at the forefront.

Safecontractor Approved
The SafeContractor scheme provides a health and safety audit service for contractors who want to reassure their clients that health and safety is being handled correctly and sufficiently on their sites.

SafeContractor was initially developed as a bespoke project for a Property Management client, who wished to outsource the annual vetting of contractors on its approved list. Interest shown by other clients identified the potential for a standardised system that could be offered to the whole company’s client base.

Each month thousands of contractors and consultants (suppliers) apply for work with public and private sector organisations (buyers). To win work, they must meet the buyer’s health and safety standards.
Assessing suppliers health and safety competence is usually a lengthy and time consuming process. Suppliers can sometimes meet one buyer’s Health and Safety standards but not another. Being CHAS approved reduces duplication as suppliers compliance is accepted by all CHAS buyers.

  • CHAS assesses applicants:
    Health and safety policy statement;
  • Their organisation for health and safety;

Their specific health and safety arrangements to a standard acceptable to our buyers and to others.
